Tips for Applying
Saving vs. Submitting: The save/submit button is only a save button until the application portal closes on December 1. You can still edit your application until the portal closes on the deadline. The information and documents attached to your application when the portal closes are what will be downloaded and reviewed as your application file.
Submitting Letters of Recommendation: If your recommenders are having trouble submitting their letters directly to the application portal, please have them email their letters to PSYC-Grad@unt.edu.
GRE Scores: The Counseling Psychology PhD program is requiring the GRE for Fall 2024 admissions, which is the application due on December 1st, 2023. Behavioral Science and Clinical Psychology will not require the GRE for the Fall 2024 admission cycle.
Transcripts: Official transcripts should be sent to UNT's Toulouse Graduate Admissions office. Unofficial copies should also be uploaded to the department application for program faculty to review. For any questions about transcripts, please contact GoGrad@unt.edu.
