Requirements:

    1. Must be enrolled as a full-time doctoral candidate in the Counseling Psychology program at UNT.
    2. Must meet the minimum entrance and continuing academic performance standards of the Department of Psychology in effect at the time of any award.
    3. Maintain full-time enrollment at the University, unless the student is nearing completion of his or her degree program and does not need full-time enrollment.
    4. Preference will be given to a doctoral candidate in his or her fifth year and making timely progress toward their degree.

Additional Application Requirements:

    • A statement (500 word maximum) of long-term goals as a counseling psychologist
    • A curriculum vitae (CV)
    • A statement of current semester TA/GA/RA or work assignment(s) and other funding from UNT
    • An application cover page per instructions
