$1,000 Advanced Scholar Award * (Ray W. Johnson Counseling Psychology Scholarship Fund)

Requirements:

1. 1. Advanced doctoral students who show investment in scholarly activity to make timely progress toward completion of requirements for the Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.
   2. Successful and timely completion of the expected Ph.D. program requirements by the end of 4th year [documented by the program's annual progress reviews].
   3. Evidence of scholarship activity beyond degree program requirements.
   4. Not currently completing the internship requirement.
   5. Not having completed the program's internship requirement.
   6. Not currently receiving support from any UNT source.

Additional Application Requirements:

Charlotte Friedersdorff-Boyd Memorial Scholarship - Graduate Student Award* (Up to $1,000)

Requirements:

1. 1. Must be a current graduate student in the Department of Psychology.
   2. Must meet the minimum entrance and continuing academic performance standards of the Department in effect at the time of the award.
   3. Maintain full-time enrollment at the University (unless you have fewer than twice the number of semester hours required to be full time remaining in your degree program.
   4. Enrolled as a full-time student in in the Department of Psychology's Doctoral program at UNT.
   5. Preference will be given to advanced students who do not have other funding.

Texas Instruments Scholarship - Graduate Student Award* (Up to $1,000)

Requirements:

1. 1. Must be a student accepted to, or enrolled in a graduate program in the Psychology Department at the University of North Texas.
   2. Must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on all graduate coursework undertaken at UNT.
   3. The recipient must maintain full-time student status while receiving scholarship funding.
   4. The recipient must remain in good academic standing while receiving scholarship funding. Funding may be withdrawn if the recipient is placed on academic probation.
   5. Preference will be given to advanced students who do not have other funding.
