Training

Dr. Guillot is committed to enhancing all aspects of the professional development of his research assistants, potentially including theory conceptualization and hypothesis generation, research design and implementation, data collection and analysis, poster or paper presentation, and manuscript and grant preparation (depending on individual needs and motivational and developmental levels).

Dr. Guillot does NOT intend on having an opening for a new graduate student to start in Fall 2022. However, if you are interested in applying to be mentored by Dr. Guillot and work with him as a graduate student research assistant in his lab, please say so in your Statement of Goals when applying to the Behavioral Science PhD Program. The graduate application process is detailed at https://psychology.unt.edu/graduate-applications. The annual deadline for applying to the Behavioral Science PhD Program to be admitted for the next academic year is December 1. If you have any questions or want to discuss the possibility of being accepted to the Behavioral Science Program as Dr. Guillot's graduate student mentee, you can contact Dr. Guillot through e-mail at Casey.Guillot@unt.edu.

If you are an undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, or post-graduate student interested in volunteering and training as a research assistant in Dr. Guillot's lab, please send an e-mail to Casey.Guillot@unt.edu for further info.
