Farnsworth's work cited with high impact

Type:
student

Last year, Jacob Farnsworth (Clinical Program), published a paper related to his thesis in the Journal of Traumatic Stress…a very respected journal in its own right (Impact Factor of 2.721). Just recently, that article was cited in a major review in one of the top journals in our field, Clinical Psychology Review (Impact Factor of 7.071; 11th among all psychology journals). About every 10 years, a major review is published that captures the important literature identifying pre-trauma vulnerability factors for developing posttraumatic stress. To have Jacob's work on "fear of emotion" cited in this latest major review is quite a testament to his talent and early impact as a researcher.
